Dr. Rachelle Viinberg, ND completed her education at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in 2010, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of Victoria. She maintains a private practice in the Toronto Beaches, with a strong focus on Sports Medicine, Hormonal Regulation, and Digestive Health.

Dr. Viinberg is a 2012 Olympic silver medalist and 3-time Olympic rower, who attributes her athletic success to her comprehension of optimizing performance, increasing immunity, and decreasing recovery time. She has been an RSNC clinic supervisor since 2015, and loves empowering her interns and patients to be their best selves.

In her off-time, Dr. Viinberg enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and exploring Toronto’s playgrounds while trying to keep up with her energetic daughter. You can find out more about Dr. Viinberg at www.drviinberg.com.
