Hello! I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) here at CCNM. I’m passionate about creating safety and building brave spaces for folks to succeed and thrive. I aim to create this balance by being warm and transparent while offering tools for change. My practice is rooted in you feeling heard, understood, and empowered. I come from a Person-Centered approach to counselling where I ensure therapy is best tailored to you while also helping you explore your thoughts, behaviours, and emotions to gain a deeper understanding of the self.
